Martin Benninger, a German National, is passionate about food. He prides himself on unparalleled Mediterranean cooking.

Chef Benninger trained in the kitchens of several of legendary master chefs, including André Jäger, at Fischerzunft Schaffhausen, 1 Michelin Star Joachim Splichal at the Restaurant Patina, Los Angeles, 1 Michelin Star Residence Heinz Winkler, Aschau im Chiemgau, 3 Michelin Stars Heinz Beck, at the Restaurant La Pergola, Hilton Hotel, Rom – 3 Michelin Stars.

Under their watchful tutelage, Chef Benninger developed and refined his own unique style. "My cooking is heavily influenced by my strong classical and international background and the use of fresh Swiss and Mediterranean products."
